16 oz Sample container ICT Prime. Prime is a water based penetrating sealer that becomes a clear, extremely hard micro-coating that reacts throughout the concrete on a structural level. Prime increases the durability of concrete surfaces and can be used in conjunction with other Kodiak ICT products to achive increased levels of stan and scratch resistance. Prime will not lift or peel. Prime is ideal for high use and wear surfaces and requires minimal maintenance. If needed, re-application does not require chemical stripping before any form of reapplication is done. Prime is non-toxic, non-hazardous, and VOC compliant worldwide.
